Inleiding<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"0\">De ML Single Mother Foundation zet zich in voor de ondersteuning van alleenstaande moeders in Gambia die in kwetsbare omstandigheden leven. De stichting richt zich op het bieden van hulp op het gebied van basisbehoeften, zorg en ontwikkeling.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\"><b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Doelstelling van de stichting<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">De doelstelling van de stichting is: 'het ondersteunen van alleenstaande moeders in Gambia, onder meer door het inzamelen van benodigdheden voor basisbehoeften, waarbij voedsel, medische zorg, kleding, onderdak en onderwijs belangrijke elementen vormen, evenals het begeleiden en uitvoeren van dergelijke hulpprojecten, zonder onderscheid naar ras, geloof of afkomst'. De stichting heeft geen winstoogmerk en zet zich uitsluitend in voor het algemeen nut.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Activiteiten en Werkzaamheden<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Om haar doelstelling te verwezenlijken, voert de stichting verschillende kernactiviteiten uit:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Inzameling van basisbehoeften<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Voedselvoorziening<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Kleding en schoenen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Medische hulpmiddelen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Hygi\u00ebneproducten<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Onderwijsmaterialen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Huisvestingshulp<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Projecten en Hulpverlening in Gambia<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Het ondersteunen van alleenstaande moeders bij het verkrijgen van voedsel en onderdak.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Het faciliteren van medische zorg via lokale klinieken.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Het mogelijk maken van onderwijs voor kinderen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\">Het begeleiden van moeders naar zelfstandigheid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Samenwerking met lokale partners<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">De stichting werkt samen met lokale hulpverleners, gemeenschapsleiders en vrijwilligers voor het beheer van het volgende:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Distributie van goederen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Begeleiding van gezinnen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">Monitoring van projecten<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Bewustwording en Betrokkenheid in Nederland<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">Het organiseren van benefietevenementen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">Presentaties en informatiebijeenkomsten<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">Het betrekken van scholen, bedrijven en gemeenschappen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Werving van inkomsten<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">De stichting genereert inkomsten via verschillende stromen:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Donaties van particulieren<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">Bijdragen van bedrijven en sponsors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Inzameling van goederen (donaties in natura)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5. Beheer en besteding van het vermogen<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Het bestuur beheert alle financi\u00eble en materi\u00eble middelen zorgvuldig en transparant. Evaluatie en monitoring<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\">Jaarlijks evalueert het bestuur de effectiviteit van de projecten, de besteding van de middelen, de samenwerking met partners in Gambia en de resultaten in relatie tot de hoofddoelstelling. The foundation focuses on providing help in the areas of basic needs, care, and development. 2. Objective of the Foundation The foundation&#8217;s aim is &#8220;to support single mothers in Gambia, among other things by collecting necessities for basic needs, with food, medical care, clothing, shelter, and education forming important elements, as well as guiding and implementing such aid projects, with no distinction based on race, belief, or origin&#8221;. Activities and Operations To achieve its objective, the foundation carries out several key activities: Collection of Basic Needs Food supplies Clothing and shoes Medical supplies Hygiene products Educational materials Housing assistance Projects and Aid in Gambia Supporting single mothers in obtaining food and shelter Facilitating medical care through local clinics Making education possible for children Guiding mothers towards independence Collaboration with Local Partners The foundation works with local aid workers, community leaders, and volunteers to manage the following: Distribution of goods Guidance for families Monitoring of projects Awareness and Involvement in the Netherlands Organizing fundraising events Presentations and information meetings Engaging schools, businesses, and communities 4. Revenue Generation The foundation earns income through various streams: Donations from individuals Contributions from companies and sponsors Collected goods (in kind) 5. Management and Expenditure of Assets The board manages all financial and material resources carefully and transparently. Foundation assets are: Used solely for activities contributing to the objective Managed via a separate bank account in the name of the foundation Accounted for in annual financial statements Use of Resources Resources are specifically spent on: Purchase of food, clothing, medical supplies, and school materials Transport and logistics of goods to Gambia Local project costs such as education, housing, and medical assistance Minimal operating costs, including website maintenance, bank charges, and promotion 6. Communication and Transparency The foundation aims for open communication with donors and stakeholders via: The official website Annual financial reporting Reports of completed activities Regular updates via social media 8. Evaluation and Monitoring On an annual basis, the board evaluates the effectiveness of projects, the use of funds, collaboration with partners in Gambia, and results in relation to the primary objective.
